Specialization 1: Mechanical system reliability
Specialization 2: Nonlinear dynamics theory and application
Specialization 3: Dynamic mechanical strength and vibration
This discipline conducts research in mechanical system dynamics, structural strength analysis and digital simulation, mainly around wind generating system, rail transit vehicle passive safety systems, large Marine diesel engine crankshaft system, major equipment special bearing, and etc.
This discipline has completed:
· Two Shanghai economic and information commission projects (crankshaft intermediate frequency electric heating technology and adjustable hydraulic red set platform technology research, heavy equipment parts thermal processing temperature field testing technology research)
· Six Shanghai electric group commissioning projects.
· Research on wind turbine generator co-simulation technology
· Maximum wind energy capture technology and strength and fatigue life design techniques of key components
· One Shanghai science and technology commission project (simulation technology of high power wind turbine operations)
· One Shanghai economic and information commission project (Simulation and related technology development of megawatt wind turbine generation system)
· Research and development of special planetary gear reducer inlarge-scale electromechanical equipment
· Three industry sponsored projects
· One Shanghai science and technology commission project (Research and development of urban rail vehicle coupling buffer)
The discipline is currently working on a national science and technology funded project (Research on using train as an experiment platform and key technologies needed for self-independence).
