Centered on advanced material forming technologies, digital manufacturing, mold design, and equipment research and development, this discipline mainly conducts researches in constitutive material modeling, numerical control theories, complex surface machining technologies, CAD/CAM/CAX/PDM integrations, digital simulations, and engineering and technology management.
This discipline completed the following projects:
· Development of enamel high strength VNTi sheet steel, funded by’the international vanadium technology committee.
· Critical infrastructure components high pressure hydraulic valve body casting technology research, a National science and technology correspondent special project.
· Citic niobium steel science and technology development projects funded by citic niobium steel research project award
· And 7 other general projects
In the last three years, the discipline also conducted research and development projects commissioned by Baoshan steel, Shanghai railway locomotive vehicle equipment co., Ltd., Shanghai electric group and Shanghai lida machinery manufacturing Co., Ltd. Some of the main projects include:
· Large steel rolling rack machining online weighing
· Research and development of continuous casting mold non-sinusoidal vibration system
· Research on relations of pure titanium forming process, microstructure and properties, etc.
