洪海涛，女，工学博士（天津大学），副教授。1997年获国家教委科技进步二等奖，1998年曾获校级贝尔优秀教师一等奖。主要研究方向：机电一体化技术、机械电子工程、测试技术、光电与视觉检测技术等。开设的主要课程：控制工程基础、测试技术、光机电技术概论、机电一体化系统仿真等。

In 1998, he won the first prize of the school-level Bell Excellent Teacher.
