个人简介

机械工程学院教授,主要从事微纳米尺度流体力学及传热,微纳米气液润滑理论,计算机硬盘头盘界面动力学,微纳米加工技术, 微机电系统(MEMS)器件,大规模数值计算等研究.实验室拥有一流的高性能并行计算平台,及成套微纳米加工设备.
