Computer Aided Design & Manufacturing
Course Objectives:
This course enables students to understand the the basic concepts of CAD / CAM, basic principles and technology, application of a CAD / CAM software,do a good foundation for students future work in the CAD / CAM work after they graduate.
Course content:
The main contents are to introduce CAD/CAM technology, the basic concepts, technology development and application, the composition and classification of the CAD / CAM system , CAD/CAM system hardware and software, computer-assisted NC programming.While also introduce a more extensive application of CAD/CAM software: such as MastCAM, SolidWorks, UG and other CAD/CAM software. This application of CAD/CAM software includs two-dimension curve editing, three-dimensional surface and solid modeling, the two-dimension and three-dimension milling tool path settings, dynamic simulation and post-processing methods.
Mechanical Machining Techniques
Course Objectives:
Through this course of study, the students can master basic theoretical knowledge of mechanical processing, the parts surface processing technology, and assembly process knowledge, can develop simple parts processing procedure, design simple jigs, analyze and solve processing precision problem, the structure machining of components and products.
Course content:
The students study concepts of localization and base for workpiece machining in this course; study machining precision and it’s control, machining error analysis, learn the machining process planning design, which include process route to determine, formulate machining allowance, the processing procedure, and processing dimension chain etc. Machine assembly process design includes assembly procedure formulation, the structure machining of components and products, and the machine fixture design knowledge, etc.
Number Control Technology & Applications
Course objectives:
This course requests the student to grasp the nc machine working principle, components;Grasp the common functions instructions and CNC machining programming; Understand position detection device's working principle, components, etc;Cause the student to have certain understanding for the working process of the nc machine,to engage in professional work to lay the foundation For later.
Course content:
This course mainly includes:(1) Numerically-controlled machine tool's generation and characteristics and numerically-controlled machine tool's composition and classification, and nc machine tools and numerical control technology development;(2) For CNC programming、Nc machining process analysis and programming of the mathematics in processing;(3) Nc system interpolation theory、blade compensating;(4)CNC device;(5) NC machine tool's position detection device;(6) CNC servo system and the numerical control technology application, etc.
Numerical Control Machine Tool (1)
Course objectives:
This course makes students understand the emergence and development of numerical control machine, characteristics and application areas, master basic knowledge of transmission of machine, numerical control machine tool working principle and composition, master CNC machinery structure and nc machining system technology and equipment, understand all kinds of typical numerically-controlled machine tool, in order to adapt to the needs of the development of the modern industry.
Course content:
This course includes: (1)Numerically-controlled machine tool's generation and characteristics and the status and development of numerical control machine;(2) Nc machine tool's principle of work, composition and classification;(3) Basic knowledge of machine transmission;(4) CNC machine general structure and mechanical structure requirement, CNC machine main transmission, feeding system, nc machine tools bearing parts, guide rail, etc.;(5) Nc machining system process equipment (knife library and automatic tool changer, rotary worktable);(6) Typical nc machine tools profile (CNC lathe, CNC milling machine and machining center, etc.).
Electric Appliance Control of Machine Tools & PLC
Course objectives:
This course makes the students know of the mechanical equipment electrical control mode and means, methods, And master the PLC in mechanical equipment logic control application, lay the foundation for future work in mechatronics.
Course content:
Introduce programmable controller the definition, characteristic and classification; Common low-voltage and its basic knowledge; Typical electrical control circuit analysis, the key content is motor starting control and braking control; Introduce the structure and working principle of programmable controller, introduce PLC switch quantity ladder-diagram program writing methods with an application example.
